Dynamic Presence of Greece at MIPIM 2025

Greece is at the forefront of global investment interest in the real estate sector
Athens, March 20, 2025 – Over 20,000 real estate professionals from 90 countries gathered in Cannes for the 35th edition of MIPIM, the world’s leading real estate festival. Investors, institutional players, government representatives, and industry leaders came together to explore new investment opportunities in an evolving global environment.
Enterprise Greece represented Greece by organizing the National Pavilion and showcasing the country as a top investment destination in the real estate sector, with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and tourism development.
The Greek Pavilion served as a key point for presenting the opportunities of the Greek real estate market and the development prospects for real estate in Southern Europe. The impressive design, high aesthetics, and strategic location of the pavilion attracted strong interest from:
- International investors and funds, with a focus on sectors such as tourism, logistics, sustainable development, and urban regeneration.
- Institutional bodies and government representatives, aiming to strengthen public-private investment synergies.
- Real estate developers and asset managers, showcasing significant projects and seeking strategic partnerships.
- Executives from multinational companies, looking for opportunities for strategic placements and new facilities in Greece.
The Greek Pavilion featured 26 leading Greek companies presenting significant projects and investment initiatives.
At the same time, Enterprise Greece organized a series of special events and thematic discussions to further highlight the investment potential of the Greek market:
- Breakfast Discussion in collaboration with Deloitte, featuring two separate panels (hospitality & real estate). Leading figures from the global real estate and hospitality sectors participated.
In the hospitality panel, the discussion FOC:- Greece as a high-level destination in hospitality and investment opportunities compared to other markets.
- The strategy of foreign investors for new hotel investments.
- Preferred Investment Sectors & Expansion of foreign brands in Greece.
In the panel on the Greek real estate market, the following topics were discussed:

- How Southern Europe positions itself as an alternative investment option in the European real estate market.
- Why Greece is an attractive market for real estate investors across various sectors.
- Emerging investment opportunities, including data centers and alternative living properties.
- Panel in collaboration with Savills Hellas – Branded Residences Panel
The panel highlighted the prospects of the rapidly growing Branded Residences sector and the increasing demand from international buyers for high-standard properties in Greece. - Official Welcome Event – Networking Event
Enterprise Greece organized a special event to facilitate networking between the Greek and international business communities, enhancing the positive investment climate and fostering new collaborations.
It is noteworthy that for the first time, Enterprise Greece secured a space within the Greek Pavilion, presenting a dynamic program of events and discussions by the exhibitors. A total of 8 presentations and panel discussions were held by Greek exhibitor companies, showcasing investment opportunities, innovative ideas, and the exceptional prospects of the Greek real estate market.
During MIPIM 2025, dozens of B2B meetings were held with international investors, developers, and decision-makers, confirming the strong and growing investment interest in Greece.
