Briefing on Residence Permits

Enterprise Greece, in cooperation with the Ministry for Development and Competitiveness and the Ministry of Interior, has the honour to invite you to a briefing session on: “Residence permits to third-country citizens for real estate ownership in Greece”. The session will be held on Wednesday 22 October 2014, at 12 pm, at Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ”Ermis” Conference Room, 7 Akadimias Str., Athens, Greece.

The session includes a progress report of residence permits for third-country citizens who buy property in Greece, the value of which exceeds 250,000 Euros; a comparative study of the Greek programme with similar provisions in countries in the region; and an update on recent amendments of the relevant legislation. 
An open discussion and a Question and Answer session will follow.
