Medica International Trade Fair 2020

The international trade fair for medical equipment Medica will be held virtually for the first time on 16-19 November 2020. Due to the conditions imposed by the spread of COVID-19 and  the growing demand for medical – paramedical equipment and for more efficient health services, the organising company Messe Dusseldorf proceeded to a digital interactive form of the traditional Medica exhibition.

Virtual Medica liaises with medical device providers and health professionals the same way the traditional Medica trade fair would do, but with the security of distance provided by new technologies.

The online platform is divided into three areas:
• The Conference Area _ where talks and lectures on medical technology and new technologies will take place, aimed at improving people’s quality of life and new trends in health policies.
• The Exhibition Center_in which the exhibitors and their products will be presented through presentations and videos and
• The Networking Plaza_ where the b2b meetings will take place
