URBAN LIVING FESTIVAL (ULF)

Enterprise Greece will participate in this year’s URBAN LIVING FESTIVAL (ULF) which will take place on the 6 and 7 of July 2022 in London, UK. ULF is designed to bring together leaders from across this fascinating and growing sector of the real estate industry to learn, share best practices and map the future.

As well as numerous opportunities to network with owners, operators, investors, buyers, and sellers in the market, the event has an agenda to help investors engage, discover, and learn how to incorporate cutting-edge business practices.

The following subsectors are represented in the Urban Living Festival: hotels and serviced apartments, apart-hotels, and extended stay hotels, hostels and short-term rentals, co-living spaces, build-to-rent (BTR) and student accommodation, senior living, co-working spaces, and sustainable buildings. All the above are very promising sectors and if properly exploited they can bring important investments to the country.
