Tourist Investment in Crete

The investor’s request for the inclusion of its investment proposal in the Strategic Investments Procedures of Law No. 3894/10 has been approved by the Interministerial Committee for Strategic Investments (Official Government Gazette 3083, Issue B, 27.09.16), and the investment has been included in the Fast Track procedure.

“CONSORTIUM MIRUM HELLAS” intends to realize a Tourist Investment which aims to create a Luxury Resort called “ELOUNDA HILLS” in Agios Nikolaos, Elounda, Crete, according to the procedure of Law No. 3894/2010. “ELOUNDA HILLS” project involves the development of luxury tourist residences, 5* hotels, marina, shops, utilities infrastructure, wellness centers, catering facilities, sports centers, and other ancillary infrastructure.
