The application for the inclusion of the investment plan “Development of a solar-thermal park for electricity generation with capacity 100 MW”, owned by "BIBAS ANANEOSIMES PIGES ENERGIAS TWO ETERIA PERIORISMENIS EFTHINIS", with the trade name “HELIOS –HELLAS 2” to the provisions of the Fast Track Law 3894/2010, as in force, has been rejected according to the ICSI decision with number 19/21-06-2013, which is published in the Government Gazette of the Hellenic Republic, VOLUME TWO, Sheet No. 1591 (21 June 2013).
