Investment Plan Rejection

The application for the inclusion of the investment plan “Generation of electric power with capacity 249 MW” owned by "ELEMENT CONSULTING ENERGY LTD" to the provisions of the Fast Track Law 3894/2010, as in force, has been rejected, according to the ICSI decision with number 18/21-06/2013, which is published in the Government Gazette of the Hellenic Republic, VOLUME TWO, Sheet No. 1591 (21 June 2013).
