Ithaca Odyssey Investment Submitted for the Fast Track Procedure

The Investment project comprises of a integrated tourism development complex which includes hotels, tourism village comprising of leisure infrastructure (diving park, marina) over an area covering 155 hectares located in the Island of Ithaca in the Ionian Islands.

The proposed project aims to create a tourist destination with facilities to cater for 2500 guest.  The development is to consist of a central hotel complex with additional residential components, cultural and sports facilities, heliport, marina, commercial / retail hub and infrastructure networks.

On completion the Investment Plan envisages a total built up area of of approximately 79,000,2 which is equivalent to circa 5% of the total surface area.
