Greece’s Dynamic Participation in the International Exhibition – THE SAUDI FOOD 2025

 

Athens, June 2, 2025 | The International Exhibition The Saudi Food Show 2025 successfully concluded its third consecutive edition at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, held from May 12 to May 14, 2025, attracting over 29,000 trade visitors.

The Saudi Food Show 2025 is emerging as one of the region’s most important hubs for the food and beverage sector, demonstrating consistent growth in attendance and participation.

Saudi Arabia continues to confirm its rapid development, offering significant opportunities for Greek companies seeking a presence in the market. Greece participated in the international exhibition with 10 export-oriented businesses, which showcased high-quality and innovative products of high nutritional value at the national pavilion, highlighting the richness and distinctive taste of Greek gastronomy.

More specifically, the National Pavilion, organized by Enterprise Greece – Hellenic Investment and Foreign Trade Company S.A., hosted the following companies:
AGROVIM S.A., ARISTON HELLAS, ELBAK S.A. – GREEK CANNING INDUSTRY, HELLENIC FINE OILS S.A., KOSTARELOS CHR. & SONS LP, LATROVALIS & CO, MANI FOODS S.A., MEDBEST S.A., MELIRA S.M.P.C, and MEVGAL S.A.

The National Pavilion also featured a specially designed tasting area where recipes inspired by the Mediterranean diet were presented, allowing visitors to sample authentic Greek flavors and products.

In parallel, targeted B2B business meetings were held with leading Saudi Arabian retail companies, enhancing the commercial prospects of the participating businesses.

Commenting on Greece’s successful presence at The Saudi Food Show 2025, the CEO of Enterprise Greece, Dr. Marinos Giannopoulos, stated:
“The continuous growth of Saudi Arabia makes this market of strategic importance for our country’s exports. This is why Enterprise Greece participates and supports Greek companies that wish to expand there. The excellent relations between the two countries facilitate the further penetration of companies into an increasing number of sectors within Saudi Arabia’s economic activity.”

The Greek national delegation was once again honored by the presence of the Ambassador of Greece to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Alexis Konstantopoulos, who visited the pavilion, spoke with exhibitors, and expressed his support for their efforts to expand internationally.
