Hellenic Biocluster Forum returns for 3rd consecutive year- Forum to be held June 15-17 in Athens with the support of EuropaBio, CEBR, Elevate Greece, Enterprise Greece and HDBI  

Athens, June 6, 2023 | Greece’s leading international conference for the biopharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, the HBio Forum 2023, will return for the third consecutive year to highlight investment opportunities in the country’s life sciences sector and provide a networking platform for domestic and international organizations, companies, and research groups.

The central theme for this year’s Forum, to be held June 15-17 at the Megaron Athens International Conference Centre, will be: “Disruptive Innovation”, and will feature the participation of distinguished Greek and foreign speakers, leading industry, and company representatives, as well as international investors.

Through discussion panels and more than 20 presentations, pioneers in the field of health and life sciences will discuss best practices in commercializing innovative ideas, the role of clinical research in fostering disruptive innovation, and the investment opportunities in the sector. The Forum will be an occasion for innovative companies and HBio members to discuss the challenges they face, present business proposals and plans, and participate in B2B meetings, with the aim of developing collaborations and partnerships.

The Forum is organized by HBio, the largest health and biotechnology cluster in Greece. With more than 80 members from the business and research community, HBio creates conditions that turn innovation into real solutions for health.

The HBio Forum is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Development and Investments, the Athens Chamber of Commerce & Industry, the Alexander Fleming Biomedical Sciences Research Center, the Centre for Research & Technology Hellas (CERTH), the Foundation for Research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), the Panhellenic Union of Pharmaceutical Industry (PEF), the Association of Pharmaceutical Companies of Greece (SFEE), the Hellenic Pasteur Institute, Innovative Greeks, the Agricultural University of Athens and the National Centre for Scientific Research – Demokritos.
