MIPIM 2018 Exhibition

Enterprise Greece is organizing, for the first time, the national pavilion at the international property exhibition MIPIM 2018 – one of the world’s leading property events – taking place in Cannes, 13-16 March. The Greek participation, being organized by Enterprise Greece, will include real estate development entities.

With the Greek economy in recovery, foreign investors have been buying up Greek real estate assets, particularly in the country’s booming hospitality market. Several major hotel brands have recently announced expansion plans for Greece. The Greek pavilion at MIPIM 2018 presents an excellent opportunity to showcase investment opportunities in the country’s real estate sector.

MIPIM has been held since 1990 and brings together the most important companies in the real estate market and related industries. In 2017 the exhibition welcomed 24,200 visitors, 3,100 exhibitors from 100 countries, 360 speakers, 5,000 investors and 3,800 executives and senior executives.

Exhibiting at the Greek pavilion will be Crystal Waters (a Euroterra Capital company), the Directorate for the Armed Forces Real Estate Development (DAFRED), Lamda Development, NBG Pangaea and the Public Properties Company (ETAD SA – a company that is 100% owned by the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations – HCAP S.A).

Enterprise Greece has planned several events for MIPIM 2018, among them a reception that will take place on Wednesday, March 14 at 17:00, at the Greek pavilion located in the Riviera Hall at R7.A3. For a full schedule of events and further information, please visit:
