Save the date: MIPIM 2023 to be held in Cannes, March 14-17
Athens, 2 December 2022 | Even amid a rising interest rate environment that is affecting global property markets, Enterprise Greece is supporting the domestic real estate sector by organizing the national Greek pavilion at the 32nd MIPIM 2023 exhibition and will include the participation of several leading Greek real estate development companies.
The MIPIM international real estate exhibition provides opportunities for participating companies to access capital, as well as a large number of development projects worldwide, while it has established itself as an excellent networking platform for reaching new deals and establishing new synergies. The exhibition has run annually since 1990, and will take place in Cannes, France, from March 14 to 17, 2023 under the slogan “Better places. Greater impact. Stronger business.” This year’s MIPIM focuses on three subjects concerning the industry: customer experience, sustainability and business performance.
As always, the exhibition is expected to bring together renowned real estate companies as well as leading players from all related property sub-sectors. Last year the MIPIM 2022 exhibition welcomed more than 15,000 visitors from the international real estate industry and more than 4,000 investors and financial institutions from around the world including some 2,000 investment and financial companies from 68 countries.
Enterprise Greece, as the official organizer of the national pavilion, is implementing a number of events to promote the Greek presence at MIPIM. These include organizing a special workshop for participants and visitors, and coordinating a networking event to provide the Greek exhibitors an opportunity to meet with prospective partners and collaborators, inform themselves about the latest industry trends, inspire themselves with new ideas, and find common ground with leading companies from other countries.
