Athens, November 20, 2023 |Following a successful prior national participation, Greece participates in the 33rd Mipim 2024, which takes place from March 12 to 15, 2024 in Cannes, with the presence of key Greek enterprises from the real estate ecosystem. The Hellenic Investment and Foreign Trade Corporation (Enterprise Greece), which actively supports the home industry, organizes the national pavilion once again, with the prospect that it will exceed all previous records.
The largest international real estate exhibition, which has been organized since 1990, is attended by real estate companies and all relevant subsectors from around the world, who are looking for opportunities to access capital, as well as a large number of development projects around the world, and it has established itself as an excellent networking platform for reaching agreements. It is worth noting that the 32nd MIPIM exhibition in 2023 brought together the most important companies in the real estate industry for yet another year, while welcoming 22,500 international real estate industry visitors, more than 6,500 investors, and financial institutions from around the world, more than 400 speakers, and 2,500 exhibitors from 90 countries.
Enterprise Greece has already undertaken a number of promotional measures for the national pavilion in the context of arranging national participation in the exhibition, including the staging of a workshop and a networking event. Through these initiatives, Greek exhibitors will have the opportunity to build key alliances, learn about current trends, and meet firms from other countries with significant impact on the industry.
Optimistic that Greece’s presence at the 33rd MIPIM will be crowned with absolute success, the CEO of Enterprise Greece, Mr. Marinos Giannopoulos, stated: “The presence of our country in the previous MIPIM and the thousands of visitors who visited the national pavilion organized by Enterprise Greece, confirmed the huge interest in Greece, which is now becoming one of the top destinations for real estate investors in Europe, in the hotel sector, as well as in industrial, residential and commercial real estate.
