JCK 2018 Exhibition

Fourteen leading Greek jewelry companies participated in the JCK International Jewelry Exhibition in Las Vegas showcasing the timeless beauty and design of Greek jewelry that is inspired by a tradition stretching back to antiquity.

The national stand highlighted Greece’s eternal aesthetic by introducing the contemporary designers under the logo: Greek Jewels – Modernity Since 5,000 B.C. Participation in the stand was organized by Enterprise Greece with the collaboration of POVAKO (Panhellenic Federation of Jewelers and Watch Sellers) and the Jewel Made in Greece designer platform.

The exhibition, which took place June 1-4, is considered one of the most important in the world and is the largest in the U.S., covering all segments of the jewelry industry: from precious stones, to specialty equipment, to state-of-the-art technologies and security systems.

The exhibition drew an estimated 30,000 professional representatives from the retail trade (independent chains, large department stores, jewelry galleries and art galleries), of which 23% came from outside the US. The exhibition also featured more than 2,300 exhibitors.

Six of the Greek designers presented their collections in the high end, by-invitation-only “Luxury” segment of the trade fair, which began on May 30, two days earlier than the rest of the exhibition, while eight other Greek jewelry designers were showcased in the main exhibition of the JCK trade fair.
