Important logistical Information:

  • In view of our mission to Cyprus, e-tickets will be sent to you, plus information on the hotelchosen: Palm Beach Hotel & Bungalows  in Larnaca
  • Please, be aware that all tickets include luggage (not just a carry-on) and that you will have to check in individually (check-in process starts on Monday, 11 March at 10:35). The Olympic Air (operated by Aegean) opens up their registration process according to their schedule (48 hours before departure). Plase, do not forget your ID or Diplomatic Passport registered in accordance with the boarding details of your e-ticket and boarding passes
  • Our meeting point on the day of the departure will be directly at the boarding Gate which will be specified accordingly.
