PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Important logistical Information:
- In view of the implementation of our mission in the Region of Western Macedonia, all e-tickets have been sent to you, plus information on which hotel you are staying at, as our Mission will be divided in two hotels centrally located in Kozani: Elena Hotel and Aliakmon Hotel
- Please, be aware that all tickets include luggage (not just a carry-on) and that we will NOT check in for you. However, we will need all boarding passes to/from Thessaloniki for our financial services either paper ones or e-boarding passes sent over to me by email or handed in the day of the trip on the spot.
- You will have to check in yourselves as soon as you receive your e-ticket and the airlines open up their registration process according to their schedule (Aegean is the airlines we have used and their oline check-in process opens up 48 hours before departure). Plase, do not forget your ID or Diplomatic Passport registered in accordance with the boarding details of your e-ticket and boarding passes
- Our meeting point on the day of the departure will be directly at the boarding Gate which will be specified on 03rd October at the airport Eleftherios Venizelos
- As already mentioned, a private bus will be awaiting us in Thessaloniki Makedonia Airport for our transfer to Kozani. The bus will be at our disposal for the whole of the mission until our return to Thessaloniki on the 06th October
- Please, be aware that throughout our mission, we will be accompanied by a qualified interpreter that will assist us
- Be aware that the Region is usually faced with increased drop of the temperature almost always some degrees below the temperature of Athens
